Argenti with Prema is excited to announce the signing of Yuanpu Cui for the 2025 GB3 Championship. Cui will step up to the GB3 Championship in 2025, continuing his racing journey with the team in partnership with Prema. After an impressive season in the British F4 Championship, where Yuanpu secured 2nd place in the rookie standings and 9th overall in his first season in single-seaters, his promotion to GB3 represents the next step in his motorsport career.
Speaking about the announcement, Yuanpu Cui said: “I’m very excited to be racing in the GB3 championship with Argenti. I’m very pleased that the team and Mercedes-AMG F1 have given me this opportunity. I do believe it will be a challenge, but I’m determined and will maximise my performance, and hopefully the results will come together”.
Team Principal Michael Meadows expressed his enthusiasm for Yuanpu’s progression: “We are very happy to see Yuanpu progress with the team up to GB3 and take the next step in his career. In F4 he has proven to be quick and obtained good results throughout 2024, so we are looking forward to seeing what he can achieve in GB3. The new car provides a level playing field for all the drivers, so the timing works well to make the move up.”.
